I'm really underweight, and I don't know why. I have a small appetite, but I definatley eat enough and healthily. I don't like eating much, but that's because I just don't want to, not because I've got an eating disorder. My BMI is something like 18.1 and I've got bones sticking out all over the place; I look like a frickin skeleton or something. I get cold and tired really easily, and on my upper arms and some on my thighs I have lanugo hair, which is pretty embarrassing. Sometimes I'll be under 8 stone, and the next day I'll be 8.4 stone; I can lose weight really easily. I don't know why my weight fluctuates so significantly. It's really annoying. I'm 15 and 5"6. Is it just because I'm going through puberty or something? I've had my period for about two years.
I was thinking of becoming a vegan , but would it be advisable? I don't want to lose any more weight.
