Hi, I have extreme, extreme fatique. I have had a sleep study and now have a cpap, but do not feel any better. I take provigil, 5 hour energy drinks, nothing is making it better.

I can't perform the daily tasks, work, home, family. Can someone help

  • I take provigil, 5 hour energy drinks, nothing is making it better.First off, you definitely need some professional advice and a diagnosis by a physician. This is very difficult to do over the internet.Making room for that I would also mention something that helped out my wife immensely. She dealt with extreme fatigue and joint pain to the point that it was difficult to do what we enjoy best - spending time in the great outdoors. All she did was change the type of water she was drinking! She's now a member of a local search and rescue volunteer group.Energy drinks are notoriously acidic! So are a number of popular bottled waters. Tap water is as well - and I'll tell you why in a moment. The reverse osmosis water which many companies bottle and sell to the public was first engineered for the silicon chip industry to clean their microchips. Now it's one of the best selling products in the US and people are actually consuming it!Consuming acidic beverages on a daily bases is NOT good for anyone. It robs the body of essential minerals it needs. You may simply be dehydrated. In most places tap water is treated to bring the PH up so that it doesn't corrode the pipes. The body filters the lye, chlorine and other chemicals used in tap water leaving it acidic. As an experiment, measure the PH of your tap water after it has ran through a good filter! That is what most people are drinking and buying bottled in the stores.Find someone located around you that has a kangen water machine. This is not a plug to purchase one! Take a 5 gallon container over to their house and fill it up! The people who have these machines are encouraged by the company that makes them to freely share the water with people. My wife and I picked up water at a friends house for months before we actually had one in the home. It's made a lot of difference! My wife has so many experiences from people with similar energy related issues she is starting a blog at savvywater.com. The water free - doesn't have to cost you anything - and it really helps. If anything, you'll be super hydrated within a few days, ready to tackle any underlying issues more accurately.
