i have copd but have a hard time cough up the mucus what can i do help me get this up?

  • check it isnt post nasal drip causing your lung irritation.mine was,and it is relatively easy to fix.

  • equally,it could be traces of stomach acids causing the irritation.get checked for hiatus hernia and take zantac in the meantime.both approaches-acid and p.n.d. take up to four months to show results.the reason there is so much c.o.p.d.isthat noone is prepared to struggle on through the time lag.they expect a two week result.

  • I started using a neutralizer, it loosens up the mucus associated with COPD. also try a vaporizer. Hope this helps.
