chronic hiccups, nausea, headaches

So, I've had hiccups, a couple every hour or every few hours (really loud, deep hiccups) all day everyday for about 6 years now, I've talked to doctors and mostly it isn't taken very seriously..
I don't know if it's related but, more recently, in the last three years or so my digestive system has gotten worse and worse, it's to the point that I can't really eat or drink anything without feeling bloated and having the urge to vomit.. nothing seems to be working right, along with that I've gotten persistent headaches and I'm always, always tired and weak feeling. I don't know what to do! I can't afford health insurance, and I've been on the fence about whether it's serious enough to just go to a hospital.
does anyone know what this might be??
