Hi, I'm a 43 y.o. female and has suddenly developed muscle spasms in my chin. It seems to become more frequent and lasts for about a minute at a time. Any ideas as to the cause please? I checked this website and none of the possible causes seem to fit, nobody in my family has had this.

  • No I don't. The only medication I am currently taking is Somac (Pantoprazole) for reflux/stomach ulcer problem.

  • A lack of sodium can cause muscle spasms. So treat yourself to something delectably salty.
