Sinus type problem

The symptoms I have now, they have changed slightly since this began
13 months ago, are (a) slightly blocked nose (b) if I suck in a particular
was there is a strange taste coming ,as if mucus from top of my mouth
behind the inside top of nose (well thats what it feels like) (c) I have slightly
greasy skin on (i) each side of the top part of nose (ii) at the top of my
forehead (d) At night when I lie down I get tinnitus and in morning I do not
feel "with it" until at least 1/2 hr after getting up as if dazed. (e) the
corners of eyes at top/bridge of nose are dark, when they have never
been before 13 months ago.

I am thinking that I have picked up an infection in hospital as this kicked
off 7 or so days after I came out. Whilst there I had operation for hernia
and in the ward afterwards some 90 year old guy soiled himself really badly
and they left him like that for 20 minutes and we were all breathing that
"crap" in as it absolutely reeked. COULD that have caused an infection in
sinuses behind the eyes ?.

Thanks

COULD that have caused an infection in sinuses behind the eyes ?. Thanks I have watched the Dr. Oz Show and he recommends using the Netti Pot. The Netti Pot has been used in India for a long, long time. It washes out the sinus cavities with water and a very mild saline solution. The packets of Saline solution come with the Netti Pot. They are sold at most Pharmacies: Walgreens, Rite-Aid, and CVS. I alway's had trouble with my sinuses. But since I have been using the Netti Pot I would about 85% to 95% of my nasal infections have cleared up. To see more about this go to Dr. Oz's Website and there is more info. Hope this helps.
