I can't take it anymore. Bloodwork, allergy testing, over and over nothing. I've stopped eating dairy, gluten and trying to cut down refined sugar. I am so depressed that I can't smell, its killing me. I have had times of like 5 minutes where I can smell which give me hope but over the course of 4 yrs, I've only been able to smell maybe 10-15 times and they are like 5-7 min of smelling and then its gone. I can at least breathe through my nose again which cool. I'm not drippy anymore and my sinuses aren't so inflamed. Any suggestions, stories? HELP!
