I am a rugby player, and at a practice earlier this week I managed to receive a head-slam to the nose. It began bleeding and was very sore for the rest of the day, so in attempts to heal it, I iced it for a while in the evening. I originally thought that it was just a painful hit, since my nose barely bruised or swelled. It has been a few days since then, and I have actually noticed a bump on the bridge of my nose which is very tender, although it does not appear to be on the surface of my nose. Just today, any contact (even the brush of a finger) sends pains through my nose and an almost headache-like sensation. This also occurs when I yawn or scrunch my nose in any way. Could this be a break, even though there is very minimal swelling and bruising?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
