Just to mention two problems i'm having, the worst of course. I have these awful muscle spasms in my legs, they don't hurt but give me an awful sensation, they will happen over and over, the muscle tightens, my toes will turn in followed by my foot and then shake, my face does the same except fpr the toe part of course. The other is I get very sensitive to touch, and noise. if I am touched it's like I feel 100 times more the touch than normal, and loud sounds are difficult for me to bear after the shaking episoads, those are just the two that bother me the worst. any sujjestions?

  • I have dystonia, and what you are describing sounds like it could be that. Or maybe Restless Leg Syndrome. You may want to visit a Movement Disorder Specialist, that is- a neurologist who specializes in movement disorders. Try wemove.org for information about many different movement disorders.
