Hi My mom has been out of work for 5 months. She has been through so much. At her last visit they told her she has had a lot of mini-strokes but all of her CT scans, MRI's and blood work all check out clear. She walks unbalanced, is weak and fatigued all the time, she has nausea and is lightheaded. They have her on all types of medications. Now she's having a lot of anxiety problems. Their are a few medicines that after she takes them it makes her feel worse. She has had about "3 episodes" where when she turned over in bed or when she lifted a box a work (when it all started) she ends up walking all over the place and also complains of stiff neck once in a while. She really needs help. Oh, and sometimes she gets nasally. What is wrong with her?? She has Type II Diabetes also. I'd appreciate any suggestions. She needs to get better soon. Thank you so much for your time. Please help.

Please help....There is a school of thought that now thinks that weakness of the blood/brain barrier and the resulting infections either bacterial or viral is the main culprit in neurological complications such as a stroke, dementia ,MS etc. Natural products like Quercetin and resveratrol that are found in grapes, red onions, apples are very protective of the barrier and also have antimicrobial properties. There are doctors who have gotten results treating cardiac patients and others with neurological problems with antibiotics, raising the possibility that these are long standing infections!.
