Tremors/shakes in initial stages of sleep

Hey there,

Over the past 5 or 6 months now, I've had a problem off and on whereby I put my head down to go to sleep, I'm about to fall asleep, and suddenly I notice I'm shaking (usually my hands/arms); they are not violent, just mild, but rapid.

Once I realise this, I come back to full consciousness, and I stop shaking completely after about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

It also seems now that I'm getting very very slight muscle twitches during the day, which is something only happening from the past week or so.

I'm 22 years old. I have extensive use of the computer. I am also currently under a lot of stress, as I'm on the Bar course (training to be a barrister).

Unfortunately, I also have a history of drug abuse, namely mephedrone and other amphetimines, as well as cocaine.

Please help! I'm scared :(
