hey. Quick question. I'm 19 and for the past week have had a mild numbness on the bottom of my toes on my left foot and not the right. It feels as if i have cotton stuffed between my toes and on the bottom of them. It's more of a nuisance than an alarming problem. Nothing seems to affect it one way or the other. Heat, cold, dont do much. I can feel the pressure of something touching my toes from the bottom, but not so much the surface. Should i see a doctor or wait it out?

  • A couple of years ago I had numbness in one of my toes. I went to the Dr. for a sore throat and decided to ask him what was up with my toe. He looked at it and asked my a few questions...like had I hit it on anything recently, etc. Nothing significant had happened, so he told me that I probably have mild tendonitis and it was nothing to worry about. At that time I had been wearing the same pair of tennis shoes for quite a while and feel it had something to do with it all. I changed shoes and now my toe is completely normal.Hope that helps!
