I have been experiencing tingling sensations in my head and face for like a year now. I have been to the doctor twice. I had a CAT scan a year ago and everything came out fine. The first doctor told me I had tension headaches and the second one told me it was just sinus. Lately I haven't been having the tingling in my head as often but recently I have been experiencing other problems. For the last two months I have been experiencing tingling on the left side of my body in my arm, leg, shoulder, and lower jaw sometimes there is a dull ache but not bad. Every once in awhile there is slight tingling in my back. It stays with me for days at a time and then goes away. It doesn't come back until a couple weeks later on and off. Its weird because it doesn't get annoying until I really think about it. For example, when I'm really not doing anything it gets worse. When I am doing things like shopping or working its really not bad and I sometimes forget about it. I don't have any known diseases or high blood pressure. Does anyone think they know what is going on?

This can occur off and on, with some episodes seeming more intense than others. You can even have anxiety and not realize it's there. Bearing in mind, not all anxiety is caused by environmental factors. It could simply be related to a chemical imbalance in your brain.Your best bet is to consider seeing a therapist, who might be able to offer a clear diagnosis. Anti-depressant therapy may help with the underlying anxiety, and thus the rest of the symptoms.Good luck.
