So starting a couple days after I got my wisdom teeth removed (was put to sleep for the duration of the surgery), I started getting a tingling sensation in the back of my head. It started in the very back and was light but persistent. It goes away in the morning when I first get up and shows back up around noon-1 pm.
It's switched locations twice, once to more of the top of my head and another time just above my forehead.
I told my surgeon about it and he keeps referring to the fact that I put down in my medical history that I have anxiety that manifests itself physically, so I'm kind of between a rock and a hard place with this. It hasn't affected me mentally(to my knowledge) yet and I am able to function, it's just really annoying and I am afraid it is a warning sign of something worse. The tingling feeling kind of feels like a very light sensation.
I went to the gym twice during this period and did cardio, and another thing I noticed is increased pressure in my temples while I was running and in my jaw (the latter I think can be attributed to the surgery).
Anyway, anyone have the foggiest clue as to what could be going on? Today it was pretty persistent throughout the day and it just made for a very uncomfortable experience overall. I don't want to go calling every doctor in existence but at the same time I am really not happy that I'm not being taken that seriously by my surgeon.
Thank you in advance to anyone that can help me shed some light on this.
