Strange sort of issues

I just came across this forum so figured I would give it a shot and see if anyone has heard of this. I have always had migraines since I was about 21 (33 now), but they would be once a month or so. In the last 4-6 months, I have been experiencing weekly or even multiple migraines/week. On top of that, I get noticeable shakes or tremors in both arms/hands. I tend to get shallow breathing at times, usually doing miniscule things like walking up steps. I have been told I have memory loss, and I seem to have issues focusing on listening to people when they are near.

I see a neurologist next week, but was curious if anyone has heard of anything similar that I might take to him to help with this issue.
