Strange numbness

Hi. I seem to have lost sensation in the very tip of my left middle finger. Sometimes it gets very cold, most times though it has no sensation. I have not had an injury on that hand. My wrist was broken thirty one years ago, but I have just recently started to have this problem. I have also had tingling/electricity in my right leg, as well as, bouts of numbness in my face on the right side. My dr has done diabetes, thyroid, and all other kinds of blood testing. He has also done an MRI of the brain, showing nothing but some fluid in the bone behind my right ear (to which he said if it doesn't hurt, he's not going to worry about it). Should I submit to nerve testing?
