Strange numbness

Started in June of '05.

I have some twitching/spasms in my neck that comes and goes, but its not to bad. Sometimes when I'm laying down and I reach my arm out to grab something my back will have the pins and needles feeling for 5-10 minutes. When I'm trying to sleep my shoulder aches. I have elbow aching too. My hands feel numb a lot too. For the most part this is on the right side.. I get it on the left side too once in awhile, although it is not as painful. I got an EMG on my right arm and everything came back normal.

I'm 17 years old, any ideas?
