my joints seem to have become more and more loose. The muscles around the joints (knee, elbow, wrist, shoulders ...) are creamy. If I do exercise like jogging, running then my knees become so weak and loose. This happens while carrying a weight (my knees and hands are shaking).
During the exercise, my muscles are good but becomes very loosen after 1 or 2 hrs.
I dont have any deseases. I used to take a good diet which fails to increase my weight. I haven't consulted any one yet. Is this due to the bone weakness or any nervous problem? Whom i should consult?
I have a small body frame, weighing 58 Kg and I am 26.
