I have been watching this thread for the past five months since I have been experiencing these weird episodes of deja vu. I'm a 20 year old female and I just got back from the Gyno thinking it may be birth control related because the last time I experienced an episode it was in October of 09. The doctor said that he's never heard of this being linked to birth control so evidently it's not. The first time I experienced these episodes was in late September and they freaked me out! I was running on a treadmill until deja vu hit me, then dizziness, nausea, and confusion which all lasted about 30 seconds. The confusion lasted a few minutes longer. Another time was at work just walking while doing my usual routine until it hit me again. I haven't had one since the beginning of October and so I'm assuming that I will eventually experience them again sometime before this coming up October due to the threads mentioning that people have experienced them three or four times a year. My husband is active duty military so I may look for a neurologist to get a few scans in and use the health care provided for us. I didn't think of them being some type of aura for a seizure but after noticing many people stating that they are small seizures, I just might think that they are.

I hope everyone finds an answer to this weird phenomenon! Good Luck to all of you and I will keep referring to this page!
