I have been having really weird sensations for the last 9 or 10 days. They seem to be especially strong when I am walking or moving about, and the only way I can explain them is as a tingling, or electric shock type thing which affects my whole body, from my feet to my head, but is especially noticable in the part of the body making contact with something. i.e I can feel it running from my fingers now as I type.
If I get up and walk around it is stronger, and is like little shocks in my head. I am getting quite worried!
I am an ex Heroin user, on a methadone program, but have been stable for a long, long time and my dose is minimal, so I know it is not related to that.
the sensations last only for a fraction of a second but are getting more and more frequent, and seem to come with every step i make now. Anybodyelse ever experienced this?
EDIT: forgot to mention, I also have a severe case of head shaking when I am really concentrating on something, it is uncontrolable, and only feels slight to me, but my wife say's that it is very worrying to watch.
