I have been suffering from pins and needles in my right thumb and first two fingers - I have been suffering with this for a few weeks, and is now nearly all day and night. My GP gave me some neck exercises as I played rugby at school 20 years ago. Any advise, help, exercises or information to go back to the doctor with would be much appreciated.
