pins & needles in my left li'l finger.

Recently, I've been experiencing constant & very regular pins & needles / numb sensation in my left little finger & sometimes my ring finger?

What could be the cause of this??

  • probably a small disc prolapse in your neck.it will probably get better on its own if you dont wreck your neck with exercise or similar overuse.keep mobile within reasonable limits.support your head properly when you sleep.dont use too many pillows.be patient.dont get the idea you can exercise your way out of it.you will just make it worse.you are lucky it doesnt hurt.keep it that way.
