About two years ago I showed symptoms of Bell's Palsy. Luckily, it went away in a little over three weeks.
I often 'check myself' for symptoms but I haven't seen anything until about two months ago where I started to feel that my left thigh falls asleep at about midway point of my femur with some tingling at my hip and some closer to my knee. It's a very slight tingling feeling, not like when a foot is asleep, for example.
It only happens on my left side and only when I lay down. It happens both when laying on my back and on my chest, but it doesn't happen while I lay on my sides, either side.
Any ideas or leads on what I can do prior to calling my doctor?
