I've tried everything for a lasting pain on the right side of my head (and neck) as far as vitamins/supplements go. B-vitamins (in several hundred percent of the daily value range) produce an awful tingling that does not solve the problem. However, recently, I noted that dhea (25 mg) seems to relieve the continual throbbing/occasionally shooting pain - though with some unwanted side effects (which perhaps can be reduced with a reduction in dosage?). Does this sound familiar to anyone?
