it's been bothering me for at least a month but it's been worse the last couple of days and last night it barely got any sleep. my right leg, on the outside side of my tight will go tingly/numb and then start feeling really hot (but it doesn't feel like there's any different in temperature to the rest of my body when touching the area). it happens mostly when i'm laying down or sitting, but also happens when i'm standing still.

i tried googling but haven't had much success, the only related topics i've found were from pregnant women with similar sympthoms. i'm not pregnant, but i am overweight and have been slowly loosing weight. i've also been vegetarian for about 9 months and take vitamins a couple of times a week. help?

thanks in advance!
