Iam wondering if someone can help me figure this out...docs cant..It started like eight months ago I had a pain in my neck area I though I had a stroke, my vision actually shifted and my balance was off. Went to ER they did cat scan and all their tests...NO stroke go home your fine. I was weak for a while and it just went away. Then it came back with numbness in my hand and tingling and pain in my neck and upper left back area..I do computer work and work out so I went to chiropractor and he took xrays said Iam tense maybe from sitting in chair gave me some series of chriropractic help and it did nothing. Actually it hurt more then helped. I notice when I get stressed it comes on and sometimes I feel like my arms are burning or a sun burn and they itch but there is no rash, and sometimes I get this almost slight metalilic taste in my mouth and I feel just drained. Almost like Iam having a allergic reaction. Last real bad bout of it I had I had a 8 page blood work up and it was normal. Diabetes runs in my family so I was concerned about that. Doc sent me to neurologist who did a brain MRI which was normal and a MRI or my c spine which shows what he calls normal degeneration of discs. BUT why does my neck hurt where I cant lay down my head at times? I went to my friends ortho surgeon just recently cause this time I had such severe carpal tunnel it felt like knives going thru my arms and I couldnt even open a bottle top  He gave me prednisone and Nsaid which I dont think worked. My legs were killing me with cramps. Neuro gave me Nortriptyline which didnt help and kept me up ALLL night. So noone knows nooone can help me and I feel like this big annoyance to the doctors. I dont know if I should take b6 b12 and magnesium or maybe iam lacking these from some liver thing. And I really just would like to be ok again. And go back to my normal life.
Thanks to anyone out there who can help me shed some light on what could be wrong with me.
