Numbing in legs and arms, hands

As far as I can remember I've always had the problem. When I wake up or any time during the day my legs feel like rubber. When my legs feel this way, it gets to where I can barely walk. My husband has to help me get around. But after a while or the next day I'm fine. Like nothing happened. I drive a semi with a flatbed. I get plenty of exercise. When my hands hurt it's a piercing pain, the doctors have ruled out carpul tunnel. Then i was told that I was allergic to caffein. I cut the pop out. I do however have schoilosis, and 3 crushed vertabrea from an accident. Then everyone once in awhile I'll get a burning sensation in my neck where it connects to my brain. I where braces on my hands to help subside the pain in my hands, but it almost gets so painful that the braces aren't enough, and I have to take them off. The doctor told me to where when I need them. I'm just at my whits end, could this be MS or do I need to see a neurologist again. Please help try to understand whats going on. Or give me some insight to what might be going on.
