Numb, tingling toes

For a while I have been having trouble with the toes on my right foot getting numb and tingling at night. It seems to be worse when my feet are really warm. It helps if I kick off the blankets. I'm wondering if it is nerves or if it could be circulation.

I'm wondering if it is nerves or if it could be circulation. Having been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy, I would suggest seeing a neurologist as soon as you can, especially if it gets worse
