Neurological effect of electric shock injury

A few years ago I received an electric shock from an electric fence. This was the start of numerous migraines, mental exhaustion, muscle ache and twitching, sensitivity to electric fields, photosensitivity, photophobia, sensitivity to noise, naming the main noticeable issues since this accident, as I could also talk about related disorientation, etc.

I know it is electric shock injury, but with most doctors knowing very little of this relatively unknown area, I don't know who to see privately. Before getting the migraines under control (sorting out the photosensitivity in particular), they didn't recognise that there was anything physically the matter. Now I have got some of the symptoms under control, and so can now function in consultations, we need to know who to speak to regarding getting the electric shock investigated (and hopefully officially diagnosed).
