Been having this problem for about 3 - 4 months now, when I lay down and feel like i'm dropping off to sleep, my arms and legs start to get a buzzing, tingling feeling, almost like a numbing pain. At first this would disappear as soon as I got up and started moving around but now its getting worse, and i still have nervey type pain in my arms (mainly top , around biceps, triceps) and legs (mostly down the side of thighs and the quads).
I don't get refreshing sleep as when I wake up my legs feel like theyve been receiving an electric shock all night and feel tired and achey.

Been for physio but hasnt helped at all.

Anyone have any idea what this could be?
