Hi there, I was rear ended in a car accident exactly a month ago tomorrow. I had an MRI and it showed herniation at C5 and 6 of the cervical vertebrae. I have NON STOP tingling, pain, and numbness in my forearms to my hands, my lower legs into my feet. It is so uncomfortable. I am so grateful to read that others have experienced similar symtoms. I am in physical therapy and I DO feel better than the first week after the accident. But I had to take a medical leave from work, as I cannot sit in a chair for more than 2 hours at a time without discomfort. Has anyone had this type of disruption with their life/work? (I know you are probably laughing and saying "uh.... yeah!!!!") But I have to reach out and know I am not alone in this. I have amazing support but it's just not the same if you haven't been through something like this. I hope to hear back from anyone who will take the time to respond.
