Hi

I have been experiencing something very similar to what you have all written above. I feel very lightheaded which makes me feel like im going to pass out, I feel warm and very strange, somewhere in between i have these memories, but once i come round I do not remember what Ive just thought about! I know this sounds really ridiculous and strange, but its happen a couple of times now, and Im beginning to feel worried about this. How do I even begin to explain this to a doctor without them thinking im a bit mental? ive had a very traumatic year losing 2 people very close to me, could this be related? LAst night I had a very vivid dream about my dad coming back to me, he only died in april 2010 so is this a normal process people go through? Please please can someone help or advise me. Im 29 and feel totally lost and clueless

Also remember when taking them that sometimes you have to feel worse before you feel better! Good luck to you...
