I underwent two surgery from my left leg(meniscus) and my left elbow(cubital tunnel syndrome ulnar nerve compression).I also lived a long depression at this time for 3 years. when i get anxious(especially anxious),anger, etc., my brain left half starts giving burning feel and my leg and arm get numbed at same time.numbness doesnt prevent to move.but both starts from my left knee and my left elbow and goes to my left leg little finger and my left hand little finger.when I run or any rythmic activity lasting 15 minutes or more, numbnesses are goes away. I think numbness about endorphin. I dont know the reason of numbness on my leg and elbow. an emg to my elbow showed my ulnar nerve is still bad a month ago .probably it is from first surgery but it is not active when i feel good.
could you help me?
