I have been in the hosptial for 5 days. What brought me there was a sudden intense burning sensation in the right side of my head, sudden vomiting, I lost my balance I couldn't walk straight or see straight. I was having violent jerks which ended up going into a full blown seizure. It hurts into my neck and jaws. They done a 24 hour EEG, 2 MRI's one of my head one of my neck and an MRA. This has all been happening for about 4 weeks. The only thing I was told was found on my MRI was that I have a venous angioma that I didn't need to worry about as long as I stay clear of blood thinners and head trauma. then they said I needed to see a dentist about my jaws hurting. They also said they had no idea why my head was burning. And they've sent me to pain management today where I had 12 shots in the base of my head neck upper back and shoulder blades. And i have to go again for these shots in 3 weeks. Yet the burning sensation in my head has not stopped or eased up. In the hospital they were giving me toradol, norflex, tylenol, and morphine and it stopped the pain in my neck but it didn't touch the burning in my head what so ever. The burning eases up on its own through out the day but it comes back with a vengance.:confused:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
