a couple hours ago i woke up in my sleep. and i could not move for at least 30sec to a min and a half. i was trying to move my arms with everything i had in me and i couldn't. and the harder i tried the more i felt like this electrical shock go through me. so i then tried to get my girlfriends attention and i could not talk. only thing i could do was try to blow air out of my moth which my girlfriend said it sounded like a week moaning noise. but wasn't enough to make her aware something was wrong. then it just went away. im pretty sure it happened when i rolled from my side onto my back. i can remember hearing a creepy noise of a woman saying kkkkk write before i rolled onto my back but i don't know if i was dreaming it or hearing it. but most of these symptoms sound like sleep paralysis but why was there an electric shock feeling idk. i was aware of my surroundings at the same time. and could think about what might be happening while this was occurring. if you have any info that would help me figure this out let me know. thanks
