For 10 years I tried to tell the veterans hospital that something serious was wrong with me . when I got out of the service. The doctors told me I had flat feet.I got the flat feet from wearing combat boots, yet that was not the problem. It was my back with a disc shooting through my spinal chord. My nervous chord was being cut into.I kept believing they would help me.They did not, until it was too late.I died on the operating table. They brought me back only to wake up 4 days later paralyze.this .my life to a haught. My life was ruin.I am still in a lot of pain ,now with a fracture hip on top of it with no surgery to my hip.The doctors said I was in a high risk and they cannot fix my hip.It took 3 years to get a pair of shoes that I can walk with, my left leg is 5 inches shorter than my right leg.I have not given up yet, even though I want to.I cannot sleep hardly at all.I sleep with my head between my knees. They destroyed my trust.I get my ptsd back everytime I go to the hospital.I freak out.believe it or not it took me 30 years to get service connected yet it is only for my ptsd and not my legs.I need hand controls to drive yet connect get it because I'm not connect for my legs.Wish I was.I didn't sue them either cause it's so hard to sue the veterans hospital.I gave up ,I just need my hip fixed ,yet I do not believe it will ever get fix.thanks a lot.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
