I do have diabetes but don't feel the neuropathy is that simply explained. I know I am Vit. D deficient and while my Vit. B12 shows in normal range on my blood work, I do have an elevated methymalonic acid, which can indicate Vit.B12 deficiency. I seem to have a lot of inflammatory indicators. I have vitiligo and elevated CRP. I am hypothyroid. I've been told I have fibromyalgia and do suffer from a fair amount of joint pain. I also have irritable bowel syndrome. Recently, I had a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy, which revealed I have a small hiatal hernia, some spots of erosive gastropathy and Level 2 esophagitis from my GERD. I feel like all of these things are symptoms of a larger issue and would appreciate any input.

I also have a specific question - when I went through the prep for my colonoscopy, I noticed my feet didn't hurt! That was wasted the first night as I ran to the bathroom all night, but the next night, after the test, was the best sleep I'd had in a long time. As the days passed, my neuropathy gradually returned. Any thoughts?? Thank you.
