I have what I would term a "stress nerve/muscle (perhaps)" which acts up when I am stressed. The pain is directly on my right side (not front), above the actual hip bone, but located deep in my body. When I pressed very hard and deeply, it seems to allieviate the pain a bit. I exercize/stretch but nothing seems to loosen it up. Thank you in advance for any advice.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
