Help? Tingling in the left half of my face, both knees and certain areas of my hands.

Less than an hour ago, I realized that the left side of my face was tingling, along with certain places on my limbs. I'm sure I'm not having a stroke because I can still talk and walk, but this tingling won't go away. I've just come off of the Dukan Diet, and I'm worried that this might have something to do with my weight loss.

Can someone help me out?
