this feeling comes and goes, its been happening for the last few hours since i woke up from a nap last night, and i want to figure out what it is before i go back to my college classes.
its not a panic attack, because i can breath fine, and my heartbeat is normal but maybe not as strong as it usually is, there is a little anxiety there of course because it just doesn't feel right.
symptoms last from about 30 seconds too a only about 5 minutes at most:
weakness (in limbs especially),
partial loss of balance/equilibrium,
strong to moderate feeling of derealization/depersonalization,
dilation of pupils at initial beginning of phase of symptoms (that i've noticed),
and sweating profusely during the episodes (probably from the mild anxiety)
and stimuli gets a bit overwhelming, not sure yet about that though.
besides that I've had a bit of flu like symptoms besides what happens in the episodes.
and because i've abused drugs in the past and not so very often in the present:
the only substance i took in the last week was dextromethorphan (could have cause some sort of neurotoxicity? it was a large dose 1000mg), doubt that it really has anything to do with it though, might have had some sort of psychotic break too, if that's the case i'll just have to take responsibility for it, will be stay abstinent until these symptoms dissipate.
