I'm current undergoing research of a subject with the following:
-IV cocaine user
-tingling in the hands and feet
-symptoms getting worse
-started 6 months ago
-cannot sense hot in feet
-lost some weight since
-normal bulk, tone, and power
-enlarged lymph nodes
-mentally stable (Cranial nerves normal)
-decreased touch, pin, and temperature sensations from the knees down and in fingertips
-ankle reflex absent
-and unsteady gait.

So far, my online research leads me to believe Peripheral Neuropathy is the cause but it doesn't explain the enlarged lymph nodes. Can I get a confirmed diagnosis and possibly a location of the affect pathway? Thanks!
