I'm basically asking if I need a doctor.....?

I have constant burning under my right arm (in my underarm). I sometimes have burning that runs from that spot on my right underarm to my lower forearm in a long wrapping position around the arm.

I sometimes also have burning on the back of my upper left leg near waist or hip. It runs down to my toes in the same fashion as my arm.

The pain, other than the underarm, isn't all the time. Actually I've had it only a couple of times, but it's increasing in pain and I haven't had any accidents or problems with the limbs before.

I'm 27, white, male, mildly active, and health build and life.

Any ideas?
