A friend of mine (16) is suffering from on and off headaches. She says it has started about 2 years ago, and that it's getting worse. She describes it as very intense but also very short-lasting. She doesn't have any accompanying nausea or vomiting, light or sound doesn't hurt her any more (so I'm guessing it's not migraine) but she does experience some occasional dizziness.
What concerns me is that she also has vision changes. In fact, that's the reason she's asked me to seek help for her on this website. She has episodes of narrowing of vision-field (added to myopia).
She also suffers from asthma, from early childhood (she isn't obese). I think she is treated with oral antihistamine pills and aerosols. Needless to say, her lungs are quite delicate: more often than not she has a bad cough, and also catches the cold ridiculously often.
Any ideas on what it could be?
