Every now and then I get this horrible feeling of dizziness/lightheadedness with a feeling like my head is going to explode. No pain, just a horrible feeling, and it pulsates from my neck upwards. I also feel really sick when this happens. It happens every few days or so and when it comes on it can last a whole day. I was out this afternoon and thought I was going to pass out in the supermarket.
I recently had full bloodworks taken and found that my blood sugars were 6.4, so the doctor decided to a fasting blood test, I get the results tomorrow.
I have mentioned this dizziness to the doctor and this is why he is carrying out this test.
I also feel slightly breathless, like I have to take a deep breath, as if not enough oxygen in my body if that makes any sense.
Any ideas as to what is going on?
