Hand tremor while clenched

My hand tremors when I clench my fist. It happens when I'm exercising, martial arts in particular, or at rest except after I first wake up when it's less severe. It gets worse as I exercise more (increased heartrate) and/or clench my fist harder.

I can make it stop if I loosen my fist but when I'm demonstrating in martial arts that's not good.

Thank you for any tips.
