Full-body numbness?

This has been happening for years (I haven't kept count of how many). Occasionally after having a good stretch (arms over head, back arch, the whole nine yards) my entire body will go numb. Most of the time I'll slump forward and wait it out. It never lasts less than fifteen or more than thirty seconds. I know I have low blood pressure and hypoglycemia, if that could have anything to do with it. I never thought it was anything significant enough to tell a doctor about, but it's starting to get on my nerves.

Has anyone had similar symptoms? I'm just curious since it's never caused any harm (that I know of, anyway).
