Ive been having spasms in the lower portion of my face during the past few months, occurring always when I try to control, fake, or suppress a smile or a laugh. I can briefly control it by completely relaxing my face and waiting till it passes. Also, sometimes when I nap (usually when sitting up, at a desk for example) my limbs spasm, jerking myself awake.

I'm sixteen years old, and with the exception of hereditary heart disease/high blood pressure, I'm perfectly healthy- so what's wrong with me?
