2 weeks ago, I passed out, fell straight down, hitting a table and computer monitor on the way. I do recall the moment my head hit. It really hurt. After 5 minutes I came to.

I went to the hospital, whereby they admitted me for 2 days. They ran all manner of heart related tests.

Prior to fainting, I had been telling my physcian that I can continuously hear my heart beat in my right ear. I have noticed recently that my right eyelid keeps twitching.

While in hospital, they noticed by means of a doppler exam of my caratoid arteries a 59% degree of stenosis.

I have had cervical disc herniation, as well as lumbar spinal stenosis.

I am concerned for my health, because, I am under a huge degree of stress that I can't control. I am 45 and recently lost my family.

I haven't had any kind of brain scans, just a rudimentary neurological exam, such as moving my tongue in my mouth, and checking of reflexes.

During this recent exam, they discovered I no longer have an enlarged right ventrical. 11 years ago, I had a tranesophageal, which detected the enlarged right ventrical.

I am wondering if I have a stroke brewing. I don't know much about these things.
