Hi folks :)

I'm 51 years old. About a year and a half ago I began to develop this mildly uncontrollable facial twitch that causes me to blink a lot. Associated with this is lack of concentration, lose of words while speaking. Thus I tend to shy away from having to speak with anyone for any length of time.

I'm not one to go to a doctor. What might be causing this?
