I have been getting dizzy every day, 2-5 times per day since 1997. I see double/triple and I "spin" for about 10-15 seconds. After having a dizzy spell, I am "immune" from having another one for at least an hour. Literally nothing will trigger it during that time.
Most of the time, the dizziness comes from a visual cue, seeing something on TV/computer, walking in a large room from a small room/hallway, driving with a lot of tress surrounding me and then immediate open skies, etc. Motion (spinning in circles, etc.) do not usually trigger the spells.
I have finally connected that I am more likely to have a spell when my eyes are tired, but I am not positive if there is a direct connection.
In the past 13 years, I have have the following tested with no progress on what is going on:
