Dizzy Spells for 13 years (every single day)

I have been getting dizzy every day, 2-5 times per day since 1997. I see double/triple and I "spin" for about 10-15 seconds. After having a dizzy spell, I am "immune" from having another one for at least an hour. Literally nothing will trigger it during that time.

Most of the time, the dizziness comes from a visual cue, seeing something on TV/computer, walking in a large room from a small room/hallway, driving with a lot of tress surrounding me and then immediate open skies, etc. Motion (spinning in circles, etc.) do not usually trigger the spells.

I have finally connected that I am more likely to have a spell when my eyes are tired, but I am not positive if there is a direct connection.

In the past 13 years, I have have the following tested with no progress on what is going on:

24 hour EEG
Cat Scan

I have even changed my diet several times to see if it was something I was eating. I have tried accupuncture as well.

I am in great shape, live a very active lifestyle, and eat better than anyone I know.

Any ideas?
